The Surrey Cultural Partnership’s Breakfast Networking Event.

I had the pleasure of attending the Surrey Cultural Partnership’s breakfast networking event at Lockwood Studios, (formerly known as Lockwood Day Centre), recently. The Lord Lieutenant and the Vice Lord Lieutenant were also in attendance. We were all treated to a tour of the impressive facilities at Lockwood and met some of the creative artists that are in residence. It is a wonderful facility for the whole community with so much potential and I am especially pleased to see it flourishing as I played a small part in encouraging Guildford Borough Council and Surrey County Council to come together to help realise the vision that Craig Hills and Andy Hart have so wonderfully now put into practice.
